Ancero, a full-service, national IT provider, has named Chad Muckenfuss as director of Channel Sales. Muckenfuss will be responsible for driving the sales and training strategy through the Agent and Technology Solutions Brokerage (TSB) Channel for Ancero’s Managed Services.

Muckenfuss has more than 20 years of sales and executive leadership in delivering world-class programs in both the Telecommunications and MSP Channels. Formerly vice president of sales and marketing at NetCarrier Telecom, Muckenfuss spearheaded several successful regional and national channel growth initiatives throughout his career. He is based in the Philadelphia area.

Chad’s responsibilities will be to accelerate revenue through channel expansion as well as support partner development.
