These senior appointments reflect Capco’s ongoing commitment to supporting financial services institutions as they look to transform their internal ecosystems and design innovative user-centric solutions, while also strengthening data security, governance and reporting to address increasingly sophisticated cyber threats and enhance crisis management responses.
Tracey Varnell joins as Executive Director within Capco Digital, based in Austin, TX. Tracey has 20 years’ experience in the design space solving the digital challenges facing financial services firms. She has accelerated the formation of design organizations, led product redesign efforts at scale, and spearheaded multiple product development initiatives to enhance user engagement.

Harbir Brar joins as an Executive Director within the Cybersecurity practice, based in New York. Harbir’s two decades of experience developing and managing security practices spans strategic consulting, risk management, cyber defense, infrastructure/cloud security, identity and access management, application security, incident response, and managed security services.
Ben Burrows joins as a Managing Principal within Capco Digital. Based in Chicago, Ben brings more than 15 years’ experience supporting Fortune 500 clients around digital strategy, digital customer experiences and the streamlining of digital marketing operations.
Doug Sieg also joins the Capco Digital team in Chicago as a Managing Principal. Doug has more than 18 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 and federal agency clients to define customer-focused strategies and implement transformative digital solutions.
