The threat and complexity of cyberattacks are increasing and many cybersecurity startups are beginning to shrink. Now more than ever, organizations need an IT partner that puts security first and can rapidly design, implement, and manage the specific technical controls and configurations that hackers leverage to attack. Given the rapidly changing tactics of ransomware actors, more organizations are turning to Conversant Group for rapid peace of mind and safety, and the company is expanding its senior technology leadership team to meet those needs.
Conversant Group announced the hirings of Kettric Midura as Vice President of Managed Services and Laura Evans as Chief of Staff to the CTO. Both will report to Chief Technology Officer Brandon Williams.
“As Conversant Group continues to drive innovation with our relentless focus on secure first managed services, IT infrastructure and consulting, we are growing rapidly and thrilled to announce the addition of both Kettric Midura and Laura Evans,” said Mark Grazman, President of Conversant Group. “Kettric and Laura are recognized industry leaders who bring a wealth of experience to our team and will help lead us in this next chapter.”

Midura will run the managed services engineering team and service delivery in his new role. He joins Conversant from Coretelligent, where he served as VP of Remote Support Operations for four years, mentoring a suite of managers with scalable, meaningful approaches to motivate and develop strong teams that were flexible, agile, and dedicated to executing exceptional service.
Evans is focused on enhancing and expanding the technical management team, organizing and increasing engineering capacity, and developing comprehensive internal training programs as Conversant continues to hire and develop the best security and infrastructure talent in the industry. She has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure and IT, including her most recent position as VP of Infrastructure Engineering Delivery at Fisher Investments.
