John Heneghan named Chief Operating Officer; Giles Kesteloot named Chief Strategy Officer.
ECS, a leader in advanced technology, science, and engineering solutions, announced that John Heneghan has been named chief operating officer and Giles Kesteloot has become chief strategy officer.

Mr. Heneghan, who served as ECS senior vice president of enterprise solutions from 2017-2020, will oversee all customer delivery, business operations, and business development. He has been instrumental in driving organic growth at ECS, as well as executing ECS’ recent acquisition and integration of DHA Group, Blackstone Federal, Skyris, and ISM. Mr. Heneghan brings over 20 years of experience in emerging technology and digital transformation, IT product development, managed services, business strategy, and corporate development.

Mr. Kesteloot most recently served as ECS senior vice president of Homeland Security solutions. He was formerly the president of Blackstone Federal, where he led the company through a sustained period of accelerated growth. Mr. Kesteloot will develop and execute ECS’ corporate business strategy, advancing the company’s offerings across the federal and commercial markets.

Together, Mr. Heneghan and Mr. Kesteloot will work to accelerate ECS’ growth and improve company performance, strengthening and scaling key offerings while expanding into new capabilities and emerging technologies. They will work closely with vice president of corporate development Dave West, who will continue to lead ECS’ merger and acquisition strategy and support ASGN and ECS growth strategy more broadly, reporting to Pamela Rothka, CFO.
