Napier , the global end-to-end intelligent compliance platform and leading provider of financial crime risk management solutions, announced that Greg Watson, the company’s current Director of Operations, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer , the appointment takes effect immediately. Former CEO Julian Dixon will serve as founder and board member full-time.
Greg has worked for companies such as Fenergo, HSBC and UBS, and has accumulated a wealth of operational management and business strategy experience, combined with his experience at Napier, makes him an ideal candidate for Chief Executive Officer. Greg will build on Napier’s rapid and successful expansion over the past few years to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
