Incode, the next-generation identity verification and authentication platform for global enterprises, today announced two new strategic hires: Andre Stewart as Vice President, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Shane Moore as Vice President, North America. The additions of Stewart and Moore to Incode’s executive team underscore the company’s commitment to building its global go-to-market operations, channel strategy and massively accelerating worldwide growth as the next-generation leader in digital identity.
As an industry veteran, Moore brings to the Incode team more than 20 years of experience driving major account and channel growth. He most recently built the North America operations as the Vice President of Sales for cybersecurity company Bitglass, which was acquired by Forcepoint.
“This is a pivotal time for Incode as we experience unprecedented growth and bolster our operations across North America,” said Dean Hickman-Smith, Chief Revenue Officer of Incode. “I had the privilege of working with Shane previously, and his laser-focus on business and partner growth and experience across transformative digital identity industry verticals will be invaluable as we continue to drive growth in North America and build a profoundly effective partner community. We are thrilled to have Shane on board.”

Incode brings hyper-scale, no-code solutions to fulfill the requirements of the world’s most important companies across highly-regulated industries. These new strategic hires will help support Incode’s recent record-setting business growth, which includes the doubling of the team globally, international office expansions, and expansion of its partnership ecosystem.
“I am excited to bring my skills and expertise to the Incode team during this time of incredible growth and expansion,” said Moore. “Incode’s mission to democratize access to resources and critical services is changing the world, and I am thrilled to begin leading the team as the new Vice President in North America.”
Incode is also prioritizing growth in Europe, Middle East, and Africa with the appointment of Andre Stewart as Vice President for the region. Drawing from more than two decades of experience achieving hype-growth, Stewart will help drive solution adoption across Incode’s fintech, gaming, web services, hospitality, and government sector customers. Over the next 12 months, Stewart expects to add 50 employees to the EMEA team and prioritize covering the region with three-to-four key strategic channel partners per country.
“We are delighted to have Andre join the team as a leader in the EMEA market which continues to be a priority for our organization moving forward,” added Hickman-Smith. “His high-energy personality and proven track record of generating new business, driving pipeline growth, and leveraging strong relationships to meet and exceed customer needs will help us rapidly scale our regional operations. I am certain we will see massive growth in EMEA under his leadership.”
Stewart most recently worked in various senior roles at cloud security leader NetSkope, including Vice President, EMEA, where he built the company’s EMEA operations. Prior to his tenure at NetSkope, Stewart was the Vice President, EMEA, at OpenDNS (acquired by Cisco), A10 Networks, and Fortinet.
“I have been fortunate to be involved in many fast-growing start-ups in my career, but Incode has surprised me by its hypergrowth rate, including the size of the opportunities it is already closing,” said Stewart. “The traction is impressive, and the breadth of the use cases is enormous. It is going to be a great journey building a strong team and loyal channel partner community.”
The appointment of Stewart and Moore comes on the heels of Incode naming Dean Hickman-Smith as Chief Revenue Officer.
