Adobe has released security patches for at least 63 security vulnerabilities in a variety of widely used Windows and MacOS software applications. Adobe drew notice to critical-rated alerts impacting the Adobe Bridge, InDesign, Photoshop, InCopy, Animage, and Illustrator software products as part of the September round of Patch Tuesday upgrades.
The upgrades address at least 18 vulnerabilities rated critical or important that affect Windows and MacOS users. Successful exploitation may result in arbitrary code execution, arbitrary file system reads, and memory leakage. The patches also address three serious flaws that might result in arbitrary code execution and memory leakage.
Affects users running Illustrator 2021 and 2022 on Windows and MacOS. Adobe stated that it was unaware of any exploits for the patched vulnerabilities in the wild.
