Earlier this week, the California-based enterprise Cerby revealed that it had exited stealth mode and had raised USD 12 million in seed funding in addition to a security platform for unmanageable applications.
Cerby aims to offer a solution to strike a balance between letting employees utilize the tools they need to do their jobs and enable the business to handle shadow IT concerns and secure its systems.
Ridge Ventures, Bowery Capital, Okta Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and other investors have contributed USD 12 million to Cerby’s seed funding. The company has now raised a total of USD 15.5 million after this investment.
