Central Intelligence Agency has recently announced the launch of the new recruitment website to find top-tier candidates for getting a broader range of work experiences to it. This will help in diversifying its ranks, as the CIA director is a woman, and it has there are also many women heading different technology branches.
The US defense agency hopes the new website will align with the interest of talented Americans, giving them a sense of a dynamic work environment.
According to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, among various US spy agencies, including the CIA, nearly 61% of intelligence professionals in 2019 were men and only 39% women.
