The acquisition aims to strengthen Crosspoint’s position in the cybersecurity market and leverage Absolute’s technology and expertise. Absolute Software’s management team will continue to lead the company, and its headquarters will remain in Vancouver, Canada.
The Deal is expected to accelerate Absolute’s growth and enable it to provide enhanced cybersecurity services to its customers.
