The leading group of security organizations CyberCX has expanded its list of brands and paid AUS$25 million for CloudTen and Decipher Works. CloudTen is a cloud security specialist enterprise, and Decipher Work is an identity management firm. CyberCX said that both organizations would provide customized solutions in data analytics, identity, cybersecurity, and the cloud services sector. The two organizations have established client bases across various industries.
CyberCX previously scooped up Insomnia Security, Identity Solutions, and Basis Networks. The organization has more than 600 cybersecurity personnel and over 20 offices across New Zealand and Australia.
