For Windows, the scripts initiate a Safe Mode reboot and remove the problematic file, requiring manual Bitlocker key entry if enabled. For VMware, the process involves:
- Detaching the virtual disk from a working server.
- Removing the file.
- Reattaching and rebooting the affected VM.
