Video conferencing company Zoom has announced the appointment of Jason Lee as a new
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Lee is a former Salesforce executive where he was Senior Vice President of Security Operations. With more than 20 years of experience in the cyber security industry, Lee will start in his new role at Zoom next week where he will report to Aparna Bawa, Zoom’s Chief Operating Officer. The appointment of Lee comes at a time when zooms saw an explosion in user growth from the surge remote working workforce and an unexpected increase in the user base and security threats.
