Fortinet Upgrades High-Severity FortiADC and FortiOS Vulnerabilities

Fortinet launches its monthly set of security updates addressing nine exposures in multiple products, comprising two high-severity bugs in FortiADC, FortiOS, and FortiProxy.

The most severe concern involving the FortiADC application delivery controller is tracked as CVE-2023-27999 and is defined as an unsuitable neutralization of certain features used in an OS command vulnerability.

Fortinet also announced patches for medium-severity bugs in FortiNAC and FortiADC, including hard-coded credentials, improper neutralization of input, path traversal, and weak authentication cases. Multiple low-severity bugs in FortiNAC also discoursed.
