Amazon, Microsoft, SAP, Google, Salesforce/Slack, IBM, Atlassian, and Cisco have banded together to form the Trusted Cloud Principles, claiming to be committed to preserving their customers’ rights.
The signatories stated in a statement that the Trusted Cloud Principles will assist in preserving the interests of enterprises and the basic rights of individuals using cloud services so that they can fulfill their goals in a safe and secure manner. The company’s Trusted Cloud Principles state that it wants to work with governments all over the world to overcome international legal problems that obstruct innovation, security, and privacy.
