This week, Google revealed plans to start testing Android Privacy Sandbox early in the following year to give mobile users a more private ad-viewing experience.
The initiative was first introduced in February, and the feature’s developer preview was made available in May. Android’s Privacy Sandbox is designed to support developers and companies that target mobile devices by limiting the sharing of user data and preventing cross-app identifiers like advertising IDs.

The internet behemoth gave interested parties an early peek at the SDK Runtime and Topics API linked to the Privacy Sandbox in May, allowing them to test the technologies and map out adoption strategies.
