Google announced the development of a new security program, as well as a group, known as Google Cybersecurity Action Team to offer organizations and users robust cybersecurity protection. The tool was built to deliver a secure way for teams to communicate via email, messages, meetings, and more.
Google said that will blend its cloud-native, zero-trust tools within Workspace with cybersecurity platforms from both Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike. The Google Cybersecurity Action Team will assemble experts across Google to provide assistance to government entities, businesses, and critical infrastructure. With this new platform, Google aims to protect organizations against cyber events with capabilities that address industry standards and frameworks.
