An unauthorized actor accessed Human Technology Inc. and its affiliates’ computer systems, potentially compromising sensitive information, including contact information, medical information, health insurance information, social security numbers, and payment card details.
The company promptly launched an investigation and notified law enforcement. As of now, there have been no reports of identity theft or fraud resulting from the incident. The affected individuals have been notified and offered identity theft protection and credit monitoring services.
