Vouched, an AI-driven platform for identity verification, announced that it had raised USD 6.3 million in a funding round, bringing the total invested in the business to USD 18 million. With support from previous angel investors, BHG VC and SpringRock Ventures led the new investment round.
Founded in 2018, the Seattle-based company provides identity verification solutions to regulated and commercial businesses, including banks, FinTechs, and healthcare providers, helping them minimize the risk of fraud. According to Vouched, its AI-based platform helps organizations speed up onboarding by accurately verifying identity while lowering the risk of fraud.
The automated solution is also very customizable, enabling clients to integrate Vouched’s APIs and SDKs with their current offerings.
