Iran has reported falling into the trap of two large-scale cyber-attacks, one of which got leveled at its government institutions.
The Information Technology Organization by the Iranian Government on Thursday reported that attackers had terribly compromised two institutions. No party has till now claimed responsibility for the attack; also, the Iranian government officials have not confirmed whether the attack was foreign or domestic.

The target of earlier attacks carried on Monday and Tuesday has not been named yet. The cyber-attacks had impacted the electronic infrastructure of the nation’s ports terribly.
The statement went on to confirm that action had been taken to block further cyber-attacks and prevent any disruption of the “organization’s missions.”
