Ivanti, the security solutions organization, has recently announced that it has acquired MobileIron and Pulse Secure. This deal is expected to augment the mobile endpoint security solutions of Ivanti. The company is paying nearly $872 million for MobileIron, and the fund for buying Pulse Secure has not been disclosed yet. Reportedly, it is acquiring Pulse Secure via the Siris Capital Group vendor.

Ivanti will present both MobileIron’s and Pulse Secure’s security offerings. This is along with its security management features, strengthening its zero-trust security, enterprise service management, and unified endpoint management solutions. Overall, it would bring contextualized experiences and adaptive security for remote workers.
