The healthcare provider claims it launched an investigation into the incident right away and found evidence that some patient data may have been compromised.

In letters to the affected patients, Keystone claims to have already begun mailing them, it is promoting credit monitoring services. Keystone Health may have been a victim of ransomware or another kind of cyberattack, but no other details about the incident have been disclosed.
