Radeal, a Polish software developer responsible for creating ‘LetMeSpy,’ an Android application used for stalking, has notified its users that their personal information and data were stolen in a cyberattack.
LetMeSpy, a free app, operates by gathering various data from the smartphones it is installed on, such as call logs, text messages, and device locations. While it is marketed as a tool for parental control and employee monitoring, it can also enable users to spy on others without their knowledge once the software is installed on their devices. LetMeSpy conceals its icon on the phone’s home screen to avoid detection and removal.
