LoginID, the FIDO-certified multi-factor authentication solutions company, has recently announced that it raised about $6 million in a seed funding round. It is planning to use this fund to accelerate the adoption of passwordless authentication.
This seed funding round was led by FinTech capitalists Damien Balsan (LoopPay and Mobeewave), George Wallner (Hypercom, LoopPay), Fabrice Grinda from FJ Labs (Zingy), and Will Wang Graylin (Roam, LoopPay, OVLoop, and Indigo).
As per Fabrice Grinda, “I was struck by the simplicity of LoginIDs integration capability, for what can typically be a complex, laborious process.” The company also saw financing participation from Asli RI, the KYC providers from Indonesia, as well as Leonis Investment.
