Aqua Security- a cloud security company, revealed that even large companies inadvertently exposed secrets, used default passwords, and equipped users with avoidable high privileges.
Aqua identified 1,400 different internet-exposed registries containing at least one sensitive key and 156 hosts containing sensitive endpoints’ sensitive private addresses.
Nearly 2,100 artifact registries had upload access, and 57 of the discovered registries had severe flaws like a default admin password.
