There is a significant increase (37%) in mobile phishing in Q1 2020, according to a new study from cyber security company Lookout. The 2020 Mobile Phishing Spotlight Report says cybercriminals are delivering phishing attacks via a range of methods, including SMS, social media, messaging apps, and email. enterprises with 10,000 mobile devices around $35 million per incident and up to $150 million for organizations with 50,000 mobile devices. Hackers are intentionally targeting heavily regulated industries because of the high value of their resources.
