One Identity LLC recently announced the acquisition of OneLogin Inc., a provider of identity and access management software with a fundraising round of more than $175 million. The financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
One Identity is a division of Quest Software Inc., a former Dell Technologies Inc. subsidiary that was spun off into a separate company in 2016 that employs access information technology assets.
One Identity’s products allow administrators and other critical employees’ access to sensitive systems to safeguard their accounts. Cybercriminals frequently target such accounts.
