Oracle has recently announced the general availability of its cloud security solutions, Cloud Guard and Maximum Security Zones. Oracle unveiled both the security tools in September 2019. Till now, it was only accessible by the Oracle Cloud customers to reduce risk and automate threat response.

The Oracle Cloud Guard integrates with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Services and is now open in all business regions. It can help to monitor activities to address threats. Besides, the Maximum Security Zones can help organizations to deploy cloud workloads securely and avoid misconfiguration errors. It includes infrastructure services policies like Networking, Encryption, File Storage, Object Storage, and DBaaS.
