Pathlock, a provider of access orchestration solutions, has announced various mergers and acquisitions, as well as a 200 million USD funding round.
Data governance, identity and access governance, and application security tools are among the company’s offerings. Pathlock also announced the acquisitions of Appsian, an ERP data security startup, and Security Weaver, a company that delivers SAP governance, risk, and compliance management (GRCM) software.
In addition, Flemington, a NJ-based firm announced the acquisitions of CSI Tools, a Belgian GRCM provider, and SAST Solutions, a German SAP security specialist. The company will use the new funding in a fundraising round headed by Vertica Capital Partners to develop its application governance and data security capabilities
