Security data solutions provider Rapid7 has announced the acquisition of cloud security posture management (CSPM) firm DivvyCloud for $145 million. The acquisition will help Rapid7 manage customer security of their cloud environment by bringing security and DevOps teams together. The DivvyCloud platform supports AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Alibaba Cloud, and Kubernetes.
Rapid7 offers a range of enterprise-focused cybersecurity services like vulnerability management, user behavior analytics, and phishing protection.
