Ivanti Inc., a provider of software for controlling information technology infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of RiskSense Inc., a venture-backed cybersecurity company. The acquisition is the latest in a string of recent startup acquisitions disclosed by the business.
The company is based out of Utah in Salt Lake City. Among Ivanti’s customers are the majority of the Fortune 100 companies. IT teams employ a wide range of software products from the corporation to aid them with their day-to-day tasks.
To mention some of the activities Ivanti offers to assist with, administrators rely on its tools to repair employee computers, manage IoT systems, and detect unneeded software licenses that should be terminated.
