Siemens and Schneider Electric, two of the world’s largest industrial automation companies, issued a series of security advisories to notify customers of dozens of vulnerabilities impacting their products. Patches and recommendations have been issued by the companies to reduce the risk of exploitation.
Siemens has announced eight new advisories that cover almost two dozen vulnerabilities in its Simcenter Femap, Solid Edge, SIMATIC TIM, SIMATIC NET, SIMATIC RF, JT2Go, Mendix, and Teamcenter Visualization products.
In the new advisories, Schneider Electric also disclosed about a two dozen vulnerabilities.
