T-Mobile has recently informed its users about a breach of information after a threat group claimed to have access to its 100 million records, mainly of the operator’s US customers, and they have been offered some of the information on the dark web.
The US wireless operator indicated that it could not determine the number of affected customers, but it had begun a thorough technical review of the case.
According to a T-Mobile spokesperson – “We have determined that unauthorized access to some T-Mobile data occurred; however, we have not yet determined that there is any personal customer data involved.”
