AUTOCRYPT, a C-ITS cybersecurity and smart mobility solutions provider, demonstrated its new Integrated Management System (IMS) for SCMS at ITS 2022 World Congress in Los Angeles . AUTOCRYPT is the sole V2X security provider for all ITS-C projects in Korea; the company specializes in securing V2X systems, embedded systems and Plug&Charge technology, as well as PKI systems and authorization certificate services.

AUTOCRYPT’s SGI for SCMS is an integrated certificate management tool for Security Credential Management Systems (SCMS), a PKI-based security control system for V2X communications. The IMS for SCMS enables automotive OEMs to monitor and manage all issued and revoked certificates for their vehicle fleets in real time – across all regions – on a centralized interface.

The IMS for SCMS not only provides a detailed overview of all certificates and related resources, but it is also equipped with automated functions and services that help in the management of certificates, such as inspection and diagnosis of systems, as well as 24/7 interventions for operational and technical problems. Tailor-made to the user’s needs, it is compatible with North American SCMS, CMS for European C-ITS (CCMS), and Chinese C-SCMS.

“At AUTOCRYPT, we are convinced that V2X is the best solution for safer mobility and fully autonomous driving. One of our main goals is to make the V2X ecosystem both safe and convenient for all parties involved, said Daniel ES Kim, CEO of AUTOCRYPT. With the benefits of SGI for SCMS, we look forward to seeing more OEMs and Infrastructure Managers upgrade their fleets and V2X-enabled devices.
