Industry Veterans from Carbon Black, Zscaler, and Dropbox Join ForAllSecure to Help Companies Secure Mission-critical Software.
ForAllSecure, a pioneer in automated application security, today announced it has bolstered its team with three new leadership hires in order to scale operations and address demand for automated application security solutions. Manny Garcia joined as Vice President of Commercial Sales. Jeff Whalen is now Vice President of Product Management. Lizzetth Bellott joined as Director of People. These new additions bring decades of application security and technology experience to the team and hail from some of the most established companies in those industries.
“We continue to build on ForAllSecure’s success by bringing on experienced, talented individuals who can help us expand our reach in both the government and commercial sectors,” said David Brumley, CEO and co-founder of ForAllSecure. “People are the foundation of ForAllSecure and we have worked hard to transform our technology from a DARPA Cyber Grand Challenge prototype to full production. Manny, Jeff and Lizzetth bring proven track records in scaling and supporting high-impact teams and will be critical to accelerating the growth of ForAllSecure.”
A security expert with CISSP certification, Garcia brings in-depth, technically-grounded knowledge of the space to build long-term customer relationships. He is an experienced enterprise security sales leader who previously held sales positions at Carbon Black, Juniper Networks, Codenomicon and Symantec.
Whalen blends his experience designing and delivering innovative products to market with a mix of technical capabilities, product strategy and cybersecurity domain expertise. He previously worked in product management roles at Zscaler, HP ArcSight, Good Technology and Blue Coat Systems, now part of Broadcom.
Bellott will use her wealth of experience in business operations, human resources and facilities management to support existing and prospective employees. She previously held positions at Curai, Dropbox, FireEye and Facebook.
A driving force for the expansion of the leadership team is the recently awarded $45 million ceiling contract which allows Department of Defense organizations to utilize Mayhem, ForAllSecure’s advanced fuzzing solution. Mayhem is a patented advanced fuzzing solution pioneered at Carnegie Mellon University. It combines two proven dynamic application security testing (DAST) techniques, guided fuzzing with symbolic execution, to continuously uncover defects with unprecedented speed, scale and accuracy.
