A new malware was found in 6 apps from the Google Play Store. Google is known to identify nefarious apps and delete them at the earliest. However, the developers behind these fleece ware apps upload the programs faster than the organization can detect and delete them.

Users who have compromised apps on their devices will find that they have been signed up for paid subscription unknown to them. The apps then use the device for funding their fraudulent activities. Pradeo alerted users about the recurrence of the Joker malware via six newly detected apps. They are Safety AppLock, Convenient Scanner 2, Push Message- Texting & SMS, Separate Doc Scanner, Fingertip Gamebox, and Emoji Wallpaper.
