The Asia Pacific Public Sector Cyber-security Executive Council includes the policy makers and influencers from Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, and Thailand. It aims to accelerate partnership between public and private cyber-security firms.

As explained by the tech giant, “Cyber-threats and attacks are inevitable in this interconnected world, which is why our collective strength and collaboration as a community is imperative. [This is] the first step towards defending our communities in cyberspace with the founding members that include government leaders, policymakers, regulators, industry stakeholders across the region.”
