Nearly 80% of Cyber security Leaders Struggle with Skills Shortage

According to a recent report by Stott and May, most of the cybersecurity leaders struggle with the skills shortage. The report “Cybersecurity in Focus 2020” says 76% of respondents believe there is a shortage of cybersecurity skills in their company. This is still an improvement as in 2019, 88% of leaders were feeling the shortage. Similar to the last year, nearly 72% of organizations find it challenging to procure cybersecurity talent.
