Introduces a Unique ‘Newbie’ Hacker Forum

CryptBB has become more inclusive by inviting comparatively less experienced hackers to learn from expert cybercriminals and others.

A well-known private hacking platform has recently become increasingly inclusive, introducing the latest platform to allow newbie threat actors to flourish and improve their expertise, research revealed. This discovery is unique, as private hacker forums usually tend to be the exclusive province of the elite cybercriminals.

Digital Shadows published a report on Thursday that takes a deep dive into CryptBB, an exclusive hacker forum that has been operational since 2017.

However, the forum has recently taken steps to be reviewed as a platform for all by launching a designated space for what it called as “newbies,” the report confirmed. These include the hackers who failed the application process but wanted to refine their skills and learn from not just one another, but also from expert members of the forum.
