Vectara Completes its SOC 2 Type 1 Examination, Establishing its Security

Vectara announced its SOC 2 Type 1 Report, which will provide an external audit demonstrating it is meeting its customers’ security commitments.

MJD has completed the inspections and the corresponding SOC 2 Type 1 Report. The report confirms assurance that Vectara’s service system requirements are based on security, availability, and confidentiality outlined in TSP 100, 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy (AICPA, Trust Services Criteria).

Vectara completes the benchmark examination for its commitment to the safety and security of its customers’ and partners’ data and businesses.

The Vectara platform also allows customers to upload their data into an index and then use Vectara’s APIs to develop information retrieval and GenAI applications grounded in the customers’ data.
