Versa Networks, a provider of secure access service edge (SASE) solutions, declared that it had raised USD 120 million in a pre-IPO funding round. The round, which brings the company’s total funding to almost USD 320 million, was led by BlackRock with Silicon Valley Bank also participating.

The investment will be used to improve the company’s offering and broaden go-to-market strategies. Security, networking, and analytics are all provided by Versa SASE in a single software operating system. The solution is made to assist businesses in securing user and application connectivity, as well as enhancing application reliability and performance.

Data loss prevention, user and entity behavior analytics, secure web gateway, zero trust network access, cloud access security broker, SD-WAN, next-generation firewall, unified threat management, and remote browser isolation are all provided by the platform.
