Axiad Announces Addition Of API To Provision FIDO2 Security Keys

Axiad, a company that focuses on enabling zero-trust enterprise identity, has declared the integration of an application programming interface (API) to provision FIDO2 security keys (passkeys) for Microsoft Entra ID into its Axiad Cloud advanced authentication toolset.

This feature allows Entra ID customers to centrally manage various authentication credentials, such as passkeys and public-key infrastructure (PKI)-enabled x.509 certificates, through a single interface. Axiad Cloud is also capable of handling the credentials of multiple other identity providers. Axiad is a part of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) and offers the Entra ID FIDO 2 Provisioning API program.
