Conor Brian Fitzpatrick, the owner of the infamous cybercrime website BreachForums, was sentenced last week to time served and 20 years of supervised release.

Brian, a Peekskill, New York resident who goes by the online handle “Pompompurin,” was taken into custody in March 2023. He entered a guilty plea in April to charges of possessing child pornography, conspiring to commit device fraud, and access device fraud.

BreachForums, formerly known as Breached and launched in 2022, rose to prominence as a marketplace for hackers before being shut down in March 2023. Shortly after, the website reappeared, purportedly operated by a person known online as Baphomet.
