The attack infrastructure of the Robin Banks phishing-as-a-service (PhaaS) platform has been moved to DDoS-Guard, a Russian provider of secure hosting services.

A report from cybersecurity firm IronNet claims that “Cloudflare disassociated Robin Banks phishing infrastructure from its services, causing a multi-day disruption to operations” preceded the switch. When the platform’s capacity to provide pre-made phishing kits to criminal actors was made public in July 2022, it became possible to steal the financial information of users of well-known banks and other online services.

According to reports, Robin Banks has added a new security measure that mandates two-factor authentication for its users.
