The UK Calls National Security Concerns to Investigate Nvidia Purchase of Arm

Oliver Dowden, the UK Secretary of State for media, culture, digital, and sports recently published an intervention notice that will observe the country’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) conduct a phase one inquiry into the $40 billion acquisition of Arm by Nvidia.

The CMA will have to prepare a detailed report until July 30 as to what needs to be done in the coming days.
