Zoom Announces New Features to Manage Meeting Disruptions

Zoom has recently announced the launch of its two new features aimed at managing meeting disruptions. This will be available in Windows, Mac, Linux, and the app. In 2020, it has faced a lot of backlashes after various security issues identified globally.

As a result, the video meeting platform makes it easy to report or remove the disruptive meeting participants. The features can prevent meeting disruptions before they take place.

Simply put, the hosts and co-hosts can now pause a meeting in order to remove any disruptive participants – with the “Suspend Participant Activities” feature. Zoom will provide them with a detailed email for additional information about the incident.
