Leidos, a FORTUNE® 500 science and technology leader, announced that it has completed the acquisition of L3Harris Technologies’ (“L3Harris”) Security Detection and Automation businesses, for approximately $1 billion in cash. The transaction was previously announced on Feb. 4, 2020.
