This test is unique because it quantifies critical secure-by-design and operational efficiency metrics. Operational efficiency metrics are essential for businesses that want to assess the resource impact of a solution in day-to-day operations, as well as upfront and support costs. Knowing this information is crucial for determining the actual total cost of ownership (TCO).
The effectiveness of each solution was measured based on five areas, which included 39 features and functions. These measurements were used to evaluate the operational efficiency metrics.
