Zscaler acquires Avalor for USD 350 million

Zscaler

Zscaler, a cloud security company, confirmed earlier reports that it had acquired Avalor, an Israeli startup that offers a risk management platform powered by Data Fabric for Security.

The firm stated that it paid mostly cash for Avalor, but did not disclose the amount. However, Israel’s Globes and Calcalist news websites both reported that the company paid USD 350 million for the startup. The transaction closed on March 13, 2024. Avalor has created a platform that curates data from an organization’s security and business tools, enriching and correlating it for continuous risk management.
