Barracuda Networks purchases early-stage remote access vendor Fyde to apply a Zero Trust approach to safeguarding applications, workloads, and devices.
The acquisition will provide the Barracuda employees and contractors working on BYOD equipment with quick and secure access to cloud or on-premises applications.

All 12 of Fydes employees have joined Barracuda. Fyde CEO Sinan Eren will remain at Barracuda as Vice President of Zero Trust Access. His responsibilities include the Fyde portfolio as well as subsequent integrations into Barracuda products.
